Each collection includes generally enough loading time, however on the rare occasions when extra loading time is need. Waste on the 7th floor and no lift with nearest parking 160 METRES away!! We make an additional charge of £45 per half hour.

 
A receipt describing the final load size and loading time must be signed for at the end of loading. If the actual amount of waste should exceed the booked amount, our Team will stop loading and point this out to you or a staff member. Should you then wish them to continue the cost will rise to the next price level.
 
You will also be supplied with a Waste Transfer Note on the completion of each job, which you must keep for your records to be in full compliance of the law.
 
NEVER DISPOSE OF YOUR WASTE TO A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT SUPPLY WTN’S OR YOU WILL BE LIABLE TO PROSECUTION.

Please note that 40 minutes labour is equal to two men loading for twenty minutes, 60 minutes is equal to two men loading for 30 minutes and so on. The loading time included is generally sufficient in over 90% of collections, however if it does take our loaders longer than the allocated time we make an additional charge per half hour.

Parking must be arranged and is the responsibility of the customer. Any parking fines incurred will be added to the cost of the final bill.
Debit or Credit card details are required to secure a booking. Payments will be processed on completion of the job. We do not accept cash or cheque or Amex.
Any payment queries must be directed to head office on the day of the move, our removals staff do not have the authorisation to amend quotations or sum due.
Job arrival times are estimated. Although we do our best to be on time, circumstances out of our control may cause delays, we do not offer discounts for lateness.
It is the client’s responsibility to be present at all addresses concerned throughout the moving process.Central waste clearance ltd. will not be held responsible if the property is left unattended.
We reserve the right to refuse, cease or stop the job at any point if our staff are abused - verbally or otherwise.
If you postpone or cancel after your booking is confirmed (and card details provided) you will be charged 50% of the confirmed quote. If you postpone or cancel within 24hours of the move start time you will be charged the value of the job in full.)
